Super Simple Bean Burritos
Go vegetarian or not - it's your choice. Add some cut-up peppers, a fruit cup, and a glass of chocolate milk and you've just made lunch!

| 1 | Whole wheat flour tortilla | 1 |
| 1/3 | Canned baked beans, chopped cooked chicken or beef | 75 ml |
| 1/4 cup | Grated cheese | 50 ml |
| 1 tablespoon | BBQ sauce | 15 ml |
Directions
Spread the BBQ sauce over the tortilla, next spread the beans (or meat) and cheese. Enjoy hot (about 20 seconds in a microwave) or cold.
