Super Simple Bean Burritos

Go vegetarian or not - it's your choice. Add some cut-up peppers, a fruit cup, and a glass of chocolate milk and you've just made lunch!

Ingredients
Quantity
(Imperial)
Ingredient Quantity (Metric)
1 Whole wheat flour tortilla 1
1/3 Canned baked beans, chopped cooked chicken or beef 75 ml
1/4 cup Grated cheese 50 ml
1 tablespoon BBQ sauce 15 ml
Directions

Spread the BBQ sauce over the tortilla, next spread the beans (or meat) and cheese. Enjoy hot (about 20 seconds in a microwave) or cold.

Serves 1
