Planning a Saturday night sleep-over? Make a batch of this crunchy snack mix. You can also take some to school for snack-time.

Ingredients

1/2 cup raisins 125 mL
1/2 cup dried cranberries 125 mL
1/2 cup sunflower seeds 125 mL
1 cup unsalted pretzels 250 mL
2 cups toasted oat cereal 500 mL
2 cups unsalted popcorn 500 mL
2 cups wheat cereal squares 500 mL
Directions

Mix all the ingredients gently in a large bowl and store in air tight container for 1 week.

Serves 7

Food groups: Grain products, meat and alternatives, vegetables and fruit.
